Rule violations fall into two categories:

• Soft Breach (flag for review): Your account stays active. The flag triggers a review by our risk team. If your trading reflects a legitimate strategy, your account standing is typically not affected. Examples: micro-scalping, news gambling patterns, suspicious login activity.
• Hard Breach (immediate closure): Account is closed and all profits forfeited, with no warnings. Examples: account sharing / copying another trader's trades (verified), use of bots or automated systems, drawdown breach.

Hedging is handled on a graduated scale rather than as an immediate closure: it is detected automatically and you are notified by email, and the profits generated by the hedged trades are removed. Repeated violations — as with the high-impact news rule on Zero funded accounts — can lead to the closure of the accounts involved and a ban.
