Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from MILTRADERS LLC-FZ (“MILTRADERS”, “we”, “our”, or the “Company”) via the website www.miltraders.com or any other authorized distribution channel, including: MILTRADERS Zero and MILTRADERS Pro Evaluation Fees, account bundles, Resets, and Instant Funded Account purchases (together, the “Services”). All MILTRADERS purchases are one-time payments: no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge of any kind applies to any MILTRADERS product. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the MILTRADERS Evaluation Agreement and the MILTRADERS Funded Account Agreement, which prevail in case of conflict. Payments are settled by Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. (“Paysagi”), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes; refunds, where granted under this Policy, are processed through the same settlement channel.

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL RULE — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The Services are digital services performed in a simulated trading environment, whose performance begins immediately upon purchase: Evaluation credentials and dashboard access are delivered without delay after payment confirmation. FOR THIS REASON, AND SUBJECT ONLY TO THE EXCEPTIONS SET OUT IN ARTICLES 2 AND 3 BELOW, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND, WHETHER TOTAL, PARTIAL, OR IN ANY OTHER FORM, IS GRANTED ONCE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES HAS BEGUN. This applies in particular, and without limitation, to the following situations:

Failure of an Evaluation for any reason whatsoever (drawdown violation, prohibited practice, refusal of validation under the Evaluation Agreement);
Account closure or permanent ban for violation of the applicable Agreements;
Dissatisfaction with the Services, the platform, technical performance, or customer support;
Change of mind or personal circumstances of the customer;
Technical problems, service interruptions, or unavailability attributable to third parties or beyond MILTRADERS' reasonable control;
Modifications to program rules, pricing, or the applicable Agreements made in accordance with their terms;
Partial use of the Services, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase or the extent of use.

Differences between an indicative price displayed in a currency other than US dollars and the final amount debited, as well as currency conversion fees or bank fees applied by your bank or card issuer, are not refundable.

ARTICLE 2: EU/UK CONSUMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you benefit in principle from a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal for distance purchases (Directive 2011/83/EU; Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

However, the Services are digital services whose performance begins immediately upon purchase. In accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding UK provisions, DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS AND BEFORE PAYMENT, YOU ARE ASKED TO EXPRESSLY REQUEST THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES AND TO EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU THEREBY LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL once performance has begun. This request and acknowledgment are collected by means of a dedicated, unticked checkbox on the payment page. Consequently: (a) if you have given this express request and acknowledgment, your right of withdrawal is lost as from the delivery of your Evaluation credentials, and Article 1 applies; (b) if, exceptionally, performance of the Services has not begun (no credentials delivered and no access provided), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of purchase by writing to the live chat available on miltraders.com, and the amount paid will be refunded in full.

ARTICLE 3: CASES IN WHICH A REFUND IS GRANTED

Notwithstanding Article 1, MILTRADERS will refund the amounts concerned in the following situations:

Duplicate charge: the same purchase was charged more than once due to a technical or processing error — the duplicate amount is refunded in full;
Payment without delivery: you were charged but the corresponding Evaluation account or product was not delivered, and the situation is not resolved within a reasonable time after you contact support;
Incorrect amount: the amount charged differs from the total price displayed on the payment page at the time of your purchase — the difference is refunded;
Withdrawal before performance: the case described in Article 2(b) above;
Mandatory law: any other situation in which a refund is required by mandatory provisions of applicable law from which the parties cannot derogate.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, in United States dollars, through Paysagi as Merchant of Record, generally within five (5) to ten (10) Business Days of approval; the time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

ARTICLE 4: HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

Any refund request or billing claim must be submitted to the live chat available on miltraders.com, indicating your account email, the transaction date and amount, and the reason for the request. MILTRADERS acknowledges and responds within seven (7) Business Days. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request one internal review in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the applicable Agreement.

ARTICLE 5: CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unjustified, CONTACT US FIRST at the live chat available on miltraders.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are resolved quickly through support. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request in respect of fees actually due, without first submitting a claim to MILTRADERS and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, constitutes a material breach of the applicable Agreement. In such case, MILTRADERS may immediately suspend or close all of your accounts (Evaluation and Funded), withhold any pending benefit, and ban you from the Services. MILTRADERS reserves the right to contest any chargeback with all available evidence (acceptance logs, usage data, delivery records) and to recover chargeback fees and reasonable costs incurred.
